Personal Statement
I am a PhD candidate in Political Theory, focusing on Contemporary Political Theory. My interests lie in Citizenship and Migration studies. Methodologically, I hope to ground my theoretical arguments in empirical realities by using ethnographic methods and interpretivist methodologies.
Before coming to Berkeley, I received a BA in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from Pompeu Fabra University, spending one year at the University of Chicago, and an MA in International Conflict Studies from King's College London. I have also worked for several international organizations and non-profits, mostly on gender and migration issues.
